Lobzang Zangpo | Organization for Youth Empowerment

My name is Lobzang Zangpo, I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Visual Arts) from Beacon House National University Lahore, Pakistan 2015-2019.

I am incredibly thankful to have received the Mandanjeet Singh Scholarship and to be part of the SAF Beneficiary. As a beneficiary of the scholarship, I have had the opportunity to be part of the curriculum development of the Graphic Design course at TTTRC/TVET( Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and also contributed to the course development of Contemporary Art for the National Institute for Zorig Chusum and also volunteer and member of Vast-Bhutan. (Voluntary artist studio Thimphu)

I am currently working as a freelance artist in Thimphu, Bhutan, and also on the sideline providing mentorship at Zorig Chusum, Bhutan. Through such scholarship, artists like me have the privilege to pursue a career that aligns with my passion. I am forever in debt and continue to work on my art with gratitude.
