Vision & Mission

VISION: to foster responsible youth to contribute meaningfully to society.

MISSION: to create pathways for Bhutanese youth to become responsible adults with dignity, self-sufficiency, and the ability to be productive citizens.

OUR TARGET GROUPS:

In order to be able to adequately support the youth in finding meaningful employment, youth are categorized in three groups:

1. School-going youth in classes 10 to 12 who are not pursuing employment yet
2. Vocational training institute-going youth who wants to start a business.
3. Youth in the labour market (out of school)
4. Vulnerable youth focusing on women left out from mainstream society.
