  • South Asia Foundation and Royal University of Bhutan sign MoU for Scholarship to SAARC Students on 31/12 2021
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Vice-Chancellor, RUB and Chairperson of SAF, Bhutan Chapter to facilitate one student from every SAARC member country for South Asia Foundation Scholarship to undergo forestry studies at the College of Natural Resources (CRN), in Punakha, Bhutan.

At the same time, the Letter of Agreement (LoA) was signed between the Executive Director, OYE, and the President of CNR to formalize the implementation strategies of the UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Center for South Asia Forestry Studies scholarship at CRN.

The signing ceremony was graced by the Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Agriculture & Forests, Royal Government of Bhutan.    
Madame France Marquet, Principal Trustee of the MSF graced virtually.
