The CSO website launched on 3 November 2021 by the HELVETAS country Director.
The Organization for Youth Empowerment is proud to be recognized as a Rank 2 CSO under the Bhutan CSO Accountability Standards (BCAS) 2025–2026. The Minister of Home Affairs presented the award in the presence of the Civil Society Organizations Authority (CSOA) and the ACC representatives. This recognition reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, ethical governance, and responsible stewardship of resources—core principles of the BCAS framework that strengthen public trust in Bhutan’s civil society sector.
As a small but growing CSO, OYE remains steadfast in delivering meaningful services to the youth of Bhutan to foster their potential through empowerment and engagement activities and programs.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our management colleagues, board members, partners, and stakeholders for their continued trust and support.
