On 3^rd – 4^th May, 2021 UWICER, Bumthang has handover the Madanjeet Singh Scholarship Centre from UWICER to OYE.

From 6^th_ 7^th May 2021, OYE has conducted a write shop on drawing Memorandum of understanding and letter of Agreement between OYE, CNR and RUB.
