Quarter Board Meeting | Organization for Youth Empowerment

Organization for Youth Empowerment conducted its first quarter board meeting of 2024 today. The board discussed issues related to developing a project proposal for a youth mega music festival as a unique tourism product. Besides endorsing the 3 years work plan, the board tasked the management to develop proposals specifically geared towards youth empowerment through various initiatives and programs that target encouraging youth to refrain from leaving Bhutan for better opportunities. The scope of collaborating with the line Ministry was also discussed and directed the management to further linkages and coordination whereby OYE can focus its direction in line with its mandates.
