A fundamental objective of BJTF is to change the mindset of the youth towards manual or blue-collared jobs. This change in mindset is crucial to youth recognizing dignity in labor of any kind. BJTF seeks to bring about this change by visiting schools and raising awareness amongst the high-school youth.

A primary focus of BJTF is to establish, in the near future, a research center that will record and share its extensive data on youth employment and unemployment with any interested agencies. Presently, there are many researches available that present varying figures regarding youth un/employment. BJTF recognizes the importance of conducting reliable and extensive researches

BJTF will partner with relevant professionals or organizations to provide training’s for registered youth groups to hone the skills needed for meaningful employment.

In partnership with South Asia Foundation, BJTF avails the following scholarships. Irrespective of the programs and the universities, all of the following scholarships cover tuition fees, living expenses, one time establishment costs, one time return flight fare, and research fund (only if applicable). These scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis.
